Please keep in mind that communications via email over the internet are not secure. Although it is unlikely, there is a possibility that information you include in an email can be intercepted and read by other parties besides the person to whom it is addressed.  We at Dagenhart Health And Wellness make every effort to protect patients information, however our email is not encrypted and is not HIPAA compliant.  Please do not include personal identifying information or private health information in any emails you send to us.

If you would like to communicate with your provider in a more secure method, please log in to our Patient Portal where you can message your provider thru the HIPAA compliant messaging services.  Or contact the office and one of our staff will forward a message to your provider to contact you.
