We are excited to share with you some exciting changes for Dagenhart and Associates in the upcoming weeks and months. On May 1, 2023 Dagenhart and Associates’ name will be changing to Dagenhart Health And Wellness.
The offices will also be moving to a new location as we strive to continue to meet the needs of our patients and community. Beginning May 15, 2023 the offices of Dagenhart Health and Wellness will be moving to:

Why Our Name Is Changing
Twelve (12) months ago Dagenhart and Associates began the journey of rebranding and consolidating our two (2) Frederick office locations into one. This consolidation was a collective decision as a practice to become more unified and open to offering additional services to our patients and community. In the coming months we are looking forward to offering more in-person availability, as well as adding new services and expanding our existing ones to create a more holistic treatment approach to whole-person health.
What This Means For You
While our name is changing, our commitment to our patients is not. There will be no disruptions in service. All services, policies, and procedures will remain the same. Additionally, all existing phone numbers, emails, websites, and portals will remain the same. Please note this is not a change of ownership. Only our brand name, address, and logos will be transitioning. Dagenhart Health and Wellness’s model will continue to put our patients first. We will continue to serve our patients to maintain the highest level of behavioral health experiences.
